Upon arrival in Bali, you will be warmly welcomed by our professional airport assistant right at the aircraft door. Enjoy a seamless arrival experience as we assist with your visa process, baggage claim, and customs declaration. After the airport welcome, you’ll be transferred in a private, air-conditioned vehicle to the serene highlands of Ubud. As your unforgettable Bali escape comes to a close, our private driver will be ready and waiting at the hotel lobby to assist with your departure. Please ensure check-out from Sofitel Nusa Dua is completed by 12:00 noon at the latest. The drive to the airport will take approximately 30 minutes.
To ensure a smooth departure, please arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to your flight time. Upon arrival at the airport, our dedicated airport assistant will be there to greet you.
